Brumley Receives 4th Quarter Honors Dustin Brumley of Neighborhood Mortgage was announced as the 4th Quarter Licensed Mortgage Advisor of 2008. Brumley was recognized for his teamwork, motivation, determination, dedication and many additional qualities that he has demonstrated. Brumley is a recent volunteer for Junior Achievements and believes in giving back to his community. “Dustin is an inspiring individual. His motivation is contagious around the office. We are very proud of him,” say’s co-owner, Anny Havland. Mitchell joins Neighborhood Mortgage Nicole Mitchell joins Neighborhood Mortgage as Bill and Anny Havland’s Licensed Mortgage Assistant. She will be assisting the team with client interaction and making sure that all files are being serviced with the impeccable service that is required. Nicole brings with her over 8 years experience in the lending and title industry which adds a powerful strength to the team. Her passions are not only in lending but our community as a whole. She has recently participated in Relay for Life, Sean Humphrey Houseand Womencare Shelter. “I am so excited to have Nicole be a part of our team. I have known her for many years and have always been impressed with her experience and professionalism,” says co-owner Anny Havland. Kirschman Earns 2nd Consecutive Award Leena Kirschman of Neighborhood Mortgage earns the second quarter Licensed Mortgage Advisor Award. This award takes into consideration community involvement, leadership, sales goals as well a number of other factors. Leena has grown immensely in her time with Neighborhood Mortgage. We have seen growth on a professional level but also on a personal level. She is a loving mother and wife and a very respected Loan Advisor within our community. Leena was the Licensed Mortgage Advisor of the Year for 2008 and based on how hard she has worked so far this year, we think she is making a run at a repeat for 2009. “I learn something new from Leena every week.
